Located on several parcels in Santa Fe, New Mexico the Toyota of Santa Fe Expansion entails a new-car sales center, café, and bright new showcase. The existing building is dedicated to offices and the service shop as well as parking area for the employees. The exterior façade was also upgraded to look much more modern and on brand for Toyota.

Paragon provided Outdoor Airflow Measurement Systems that were installed in AAON Air handling units with energy recovery wheels. This equipment was installed to save energy while providing increased ventilation to the Toyota employees and customers. An upgrade to the HVAC systems with this renovation ensures that the owners are mitigating the risk of sick building syndrome and also keeping the employees and customers healthy within the sales environment.
